Because of this, we are now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our quality work.<br><br>We are now looking for a quality manager who wants to drive and develop our quality work in close collaboration with production and our customers. As Quality Manager, you have overall responsibility for quality throughout the business - from project and start-up to series production. You lead and coordinate quality work and work closely with management, production, suppliers and customers. The role combines strategic improvement work with operational support where needed. You are part of the management team and report to the CEO. The quality team also includes a measurement technician, and you work closely together to ensure the right measurement methods, robust processes and follow-up of quality outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your main responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Managing and developing the company's quality work and quality system<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and IATF 16949 (and related standards\/requirements)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Drive deviation management and complaint processes towards customers, suppliers and internally<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Responsible for customer dialog on quality issues and follow-up of actions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Ensuring quality in new projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Monitor, analyze and report quality metrics (e.g. complaints, rejects, delivery accuracy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Conduct and follow up internal audits and contribute to customer and supplier audits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Support production in improvement work and root cause analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your profile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in quality work in the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive, and who are confident in both requirements and working methods. You have experience with quality tools, good knowledge of IATF 16949 and are used to customer and supplier collaboration. You also have a technical understanding of manufacturing processes and measurement basics. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English in speech and writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a person, you are structured and clear, with the ability to create order and standardized ways of working. You are analytical and solution-oriented with a drive to find root causes and prevent deviations. You are communicative and confident in dialog with customers and internal stakeholders, and you work independently, unpretentiously and with a focus on making things happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome you to join a small company in an exciting growth phase.
