Who are you?
To fit the role, you will have experience working with eccentric presses and be able to set up presses with follow-on tools, which means taking responsibility for the quality outcome. You have a good understanding of drawings and can interpret and manage the requirements of detailed drawings. Likewise, you have experience and worked with SMED, set-up optimization, set-up time reduction.
You have a good command of spoken and written Swedish, or spoken and written English.
It is advantageous if you have tool knowledge and can troubleshoot machines and tools, as well as if you have previously worked in Monitor.
Your flexibility allows you to handle a variety of tasks. You have a strong sense of teamwork and are available to other departments when needed. As a person, you are a self-starter and have good leadership skills.
